AsianAthlete.com is dedicated to providing information
and news about Asian Athletes. AsianAthlete.com is
largely member-driven, with the capability for members to submit new Asian
Athletes, as well as articles about Asian Athletes and links to Asian Athletes
or related sites. AsianAthlete.com feels it is
important to showcase the Asian Athlete, as the Asian Communites around the
country and world feel a sense of pride and stronger self-worth with the
successes of Asian Athletes. Also, there seemed to be a lack of coverage
available on Asian Athletes, so we wanted to fill that void.
Mission Statement:
Our
goal is to provide daily, most accurate and timely news and information on the
Asian Athlete, in a centralized, one-stop location to consolidate and collect
news and information on Asian Athletes.
AsianAthlete.com brief history
Asian-Athlete.com was first on the air in September,
2002, with daily updates. In April 2003, Asian-Athlete.com was re-launched,
with a significantly different look and feel. In June 2003, Asian-Athlete.com's
name was changed to AsianAthlete.com (no hyphen).
However, Asian-Athlete.com still forwards to the new site.
