We collect no personally identifiable information other than that provided to us by the end user by completing the Membership Form or other forms submitted to us.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data though functions provided to you on this site we assume no responsibility for the release of that data. We are also not responsible for any Web site linked to from our Web site and have no control over the use of any information that they may collect. You should review the individual privacy policies of those web sites to determine how they will use your information.

We also automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information includes: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used for the operation of our services, to maintain the quality of our service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of our web site. We don't keep track of which service provider YOU specifically use. This information gathering is fairly standard among most websites.

Personal Information Use
We collect and use your personal information to operate our web site and deliver the services that you have requested. We may also use your personal information for membership demographics, and to assist us in selecting prizes/giveaways and running contests. We may also use your information to inform you of other products, services and other opportunities that may be of interest to you.

We will not sell, rent or lease our customer list to third parties. We may periodically contact you on behalf of our business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. We will never use nor rent/sell your email address to send SPAM. We may send occasional (less than 1 per week) targeted email, directly from asian-athlete.com unless you have checked the box indicating you don't want any email from us.
